With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Dan works with public and private institutions to provide employee and executive benefit programs. Dan specializes in executive disability and long term care programs.
Dan works extensively with Private Equity firms to advise them and their portfolio companies on income protection strategies for their senior leadership.
Before starting EBG, Dan was a General Agent with MassMutual and New England Financial. He is an MDRT “Top of the Table” qualifier and a GAMA International – Platinum National Management Award winner.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. He received his CLU and ChFC designations from the American College and holds a Life, Accident and Health license, LTC / Medicare Supplement license and FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
Adrienne joined EBG in 2005 and specializes in executive benefit plan analysis, design and implementation. She manages the client administration area for EBG as well as the firm’s staff.
Adrienne’s primary responsibilities include facilitating the plan design and implementation process between the client and carrier, and management all aspects of plan administration, including personnel and administrative processes.
Prior to joining EBG, Adrienne was an Implementation coordinator for MetLife’s National Disability Center in Tampa FL. Adrienne assisted in the development of proposals, quality review of enrollment materials, and coordination of plan implementation.
Adrienne earned her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Tampa. She has her North Carolina and Virginia Life, Accident, Health and Long Term Care Licenses. Adrienne also received a Disability Income Associate designation in 2009.
Dee joined EBG in 2008 as a Client Service Specialist. She is responsible for maintaining and managing the client database, assisting in the implementation and enrollment of new participants in executive benefit programs, and policy holder services for existing clients.
Before joining EBG Dee worked as a Financial Associate in the Manhattan office of Smith Barney for over 7 years. She was part of a team that managed and serviced high net worth clients.
Dee earned her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1999.
John consults with organizations to educate and help facilitate coordinated plan design, administration, financing, and implementation. With a holistic approach to the consulting process, he provides analysis and advice for asset accumulation and risk management options for the participants while also helping the organizations understand the ultimate financial impact and strategic value the programs provide for recruiting and retaining key employees.
John started working in the executive benefit market in 2002. Prior to that time John had experience working in various organizational designs and industries, from a small investment advisory shop, to business manager for research and development for a privately held bio-pharmaceutical company. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1999 when he began to work for one of the nation’s largest mutual fund companies.
John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration, both from the University of South Carolina. John holds Life, Accident and Health, Long Term Care, and FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 securities licenses.
Ana joined EBG in 1999 after a 12 year career in the banking industry.
She transitioned into the Employee Benefits and Insurance industry, where she has worked for the past 16 years.
Ana serves as EBG controller and is responsible for the financial accounting reporting, analysis and interpretation to the executive management team. She also administers the internal controls within the organization
Ana earned a degree in Finance from UNC Charlotte in 1987.
